How to Plan a Perfect Picnic

One of my goals this year is to spend more time outdoors, traveling, and eating delicious food. Since picnics are one of my favorite outdoor activities I thought it’ll be good to have one. The last picnic I went on was a success thanks to my friend Bella. So I will like to share our tips for a successful picnic.

Find the right location

Finding the right location is so important because it sets the mood for your time there. Green grass near the water always great scenery. We found a place near the water where we were able to see the ferries pass by and watch the sunset.

Plan your meals

There’s no picnic without delicious foods. Meal prep your meals before leaving the house. This will limit the amount of work you’ll have to do at the picnic and it allows you to bring fewer utensils. Great ideas for foods are sandwiches, veggies, cheeses, and crackers are always good to have. For drinks bring wine, sweet drinks, and water. I definitely recommend picking up some of Barefoot wine, they are super delicious and perfect for picnics.

Pack some flowers

This is totally optional, being an Instagram sucker for a great picture I thought flowers will bring the whole thing together. It’s a great decor and plus if they smell great.

I hope you guys take time this year to spend some time outdoors whether it be picnics or not.
